Back Lot Music will release a soundtrack album for the comedy Book Club: The Next Chapter. The album features the film’s original score composed by Tom Howe (Ted Lasso, Shrinking, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, Early Man, Daisy Jones and the Six). Also included is the original song Anywhere with You performed by lead actors Mary Steenburgen (who also co-wrote the track), Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen and screenwriter Erin Simms (already out now as a digital single), as well as Italian language covers of I’m a Believer performed by Deana Colon and You Make My Dreams (Come True) by Scott Stallone. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 12 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Book Club: The Next Chapter is directed by Bill Holderman and also stars Craig T. Nelson, Andy Garcia & Don Johnson and Giancarlo Giannini. The movie follows the book club members on a trip to Italy, where their relaxing vacation turns into a once-in-a-lifetime cross-country adventure. The comedy is being released in theaters nationwide this weekend by Focus Features.
