Kris Bowers (The Wild RobotBridgerton, Green Book, GOATSpider-Noir, The Color PurpleHaunted Mansion, Secret Invasion, Space Jam: A New LegacyDear White People) has provided the original score for the upcoming biographical sports drama Mr. Irrelevant. The film is directed by Jonathan Levine (Warm Bodies, The Night Before) and stars David Corenswet, Isabel May, David Krumholtz, Thaddeus LaGrone, Tuwaine Barrett, Alexander England, Tandi Wright, Spencer House and Michael Shannon. The movie tells the true story of John Tuggle, the last player selected in the last round of the 1983 NFL draft by the New York Giants, who defied expectations on the field and off for his then first-year head coach, his newfound love and his team. Nick Santora (Prison Break, Scorpion) wrote the screenplay. Levine & Santora are also producing the Skydance Sports, Megamix & Blackjack Films production with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg & Don Granger (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Reacher) and Gillian Bohrer (The Sticky, Scrambled). Mr. Irrelevant will be released in theaters nationwide on December 25, 2026 by Paramount Pictures.
