The details of the score album for the crime thriller By Any Means have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award nominee and Grammy Award winner Terence Blanchard (Malcolm X, BlacKkKlansman, The Woman King, 25th Hour, Inside Man, Perry Mason, Love & Basketball, Da 5 Bloods, Red Tails). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 11 by Lakeshore Records. The streaming/download link will be added to this article soon. AB Records has previously released the original title song written by Diane Warren and performed by David Kushner & The Isley Brothers as a digital single last month and will release a full soundtrack album featuring songs from and inspired by the movie next Friday, September 18. By Any Means is directed by Elegance Bratton and stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Mark Wahlberg, Nicole Beharie, LisaGay Hamilton, Josh Lucas, Ethan Embry, David Strathairn, LaChanze and Giancarlo Esposito.The movie is inspired by a true story about a straight-arrow FBI agent who must get his hands dirty-forging a partnership with a Mafia hitman as murders targeting civil rights leaders grip 1960s Mississippi. The thriller was released last weekend by Paramount Pictures and is now playing in theaters nationwide.
