Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s Disney+ limited anime series Star Wars: Visions Presents: The Ninth Jedi. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Kazuma Jinnouchi & Nobuko Toda (Ultraman, Leviathan, Metal Gear Solid 4, Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 7. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. The Ninth Jedi is directed by Shunsuke Tada, written by Mitsuyasu Sakai and stars (in the English dub version) Kimiko Glenn, Andrew Kishino, Masi Oka, Patrick Seitz, Simu Liu, JP Karliak, Neil Kaplan, Feodor Chin, Chase Sui Wonders, Keone Young and Young Mazino. The 8-parter picks up not long after the events of the Visions shorts The Ninth Jedi & The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope and follows Lah Kara on a journey of self-discovery as she and Juro’s small fellowship of Jedi-in-training embark on a quest to save her father
. The series just premiered yesterday and is now available to stream on Disney+ and Hulu.
