La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1983 James Bond movie Never Say Never Again directed by Irvin Kershner and starring Sean Connery, Klaus Maria Brandauer, Max von Sydow, Kim Basinger, Barbara Carrera, Alec McCowen, Bernie Casey and Edward Fox. The album features the remastered and expanded original score from the film composed, arranged and conducted by Academy Award winner Michel Legrand (The Thomas Crown Affair, Yentl, Summer of ’42,, The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, Ice Station Zebra, The Go-Between), including previously unreleased music Also included is Lani Hall’s title song written by Legrand and lyricists Alan & Marilyn Bergman. The 2-CD set, which is limited to 5,000 copies, is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also find out more about the release. Never Say Never Again is now available on VOD, Blu-ray and DVD.
