A24 Music has released the first track from the soundtrack for the comedy drama The Invite. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is Contentious Environment written by the film’s composer Devonté Hynes (aka Blood Orange) (Queen & Slim, Passing, Palo Alto, We Are Who We Are, The Listeners, Master Gardener, Mainstream). The Invite is directed by Olivia Wilde and stars Seth Rogen, Wilde herself, Penélope Cruz and Edward Norton. The dramedy premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and will be released in select theaters on June 26 before expanding nationwide on July 10.
