Lakeshore Records will release a new soundtrack album for the HBO Max original series Hacks. The album selections of the original score from the show’s second, third. fourth and fifth (and final) season composed by Emmy Award and Grammy Award winner Carlos Rafael Rivera (The Queen’s Gambit, Godless, Lessons in Chemistry, A Walk Among the Tombstones, They Will Kill You, Griselda, Dept. Q) and David Stal (Breakup Season, Axcellerator). Also included are two songs performed by Christopher Briney as Nico Hayes and lead actress Jean Smart’s rendition of Mis Figuritas. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, May 29. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. The label has previously released an album featuring Rivera’s score from Season 1 back in 2022. Hacks is created by Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello & Jen Statsky and stars Smart, Hannah Einbinder, Downs himself, Megan Stalter, Carl Clemons-Hopkins, Mark Indelicato and Rose Abdoo. The final episode of the comedy is premiering today and all five seasons are now available to stream on HBO Max.
