Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the British Prime Video original series Young Sherlock. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Chris Benstead (The Gentlemen, Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant, Wrath of Man, Fountain of Youth, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre). Also included is the opening titles song Days Are Forgotten by Kasabian (previously released as a digital single yesterday by Columbia Records). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 6 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to Benstead’s title track below. Young Sherlock is created by Matthew Parkhill, developed by Peter Harness & Guy Ritchie and stars Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Dónal Finn, Joseph Fiennes, Zine Tseng, Max Irons, Natascha McElhone and Colin Firth. The mystery drama tells the origin story of Sherlock Holmes and follows the iconic detective’s early adventures. The series directed by Guy Ritchie just premiered yesterday and the full season is now available to stream exclusively on Prime Video.
