Philippe Rombi (Swimming Pool, War of the Buttons, Asterix: The Secret of the Magic Potion, Angel, Potiche, In the House, Dalloway) has composed the original music for the new French family adventure Children of the Resistance (Les Enfants de la Résistance). The film is directed by Christophe Barratier (The Chorus, Faubourg 36) and stars  Artus, Gérard Jugnot, Pierre Deladonchamps, Leslie Medina, Julien Arruti, Lucas Hector, Nina Filbrandt, Octave Gerbi, Julien Pestel and Vanessa Guide. The movie is based on the French graphic novel by Vincent Dugomier & Benoit Ers about a group of 13-year-olds in Nazi-occupied France who form an undercover cell to resist the Nazis, sparking a quiet resistance movement in their village. Barratier also co-wrote the screenplay with Stéphne Keller. Christophe Cervoni & Marc Fiszman (Babysitting, City Hunter) are producing the project for Axel Films. Rombi has previously collaborated with Barratier on numerous features, including War of the Buttons, Team Spirit, Fly Me Away and The Time of Secrets. Children of the Resistance is opening in French theaters today. No word yet on a domestic release.
