Sven Faulconer (Unstable, Hellboy: The Crooked Man, Blood Father, The Elephant Whisperers, Lost & Found in Cleveland, The Last Ice) has composed the original score for the upcoming horror comedy sequel Ready or Not 2: Here I Come. The film is directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett (Scream, Abigail) and stars Samara Weaving, Kathryn Newton, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Néstor Carbonell, Shawn Hatosy, Elijah Wood, David Cronenberg, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng, Daniel Beirne and Varun Saranga. The movie follows Grace moments after surviving an all-out attack from the Le Domas family as she discovers she’s reached the next level of the nightmarish game, this time with her estranged sister at her side. Guy Busick (Final Destination: Bloodlines) & R. Christopher Murphy wrote the screenplay. Tripp Vinson (The Exorcism of Emily Rose, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island), James Vanderbilt (Nuremberg, Truth), William Sherak (The Night Agent, Ambulance) and Bradley J. Fischer (Zodiac, Suspiria) are producing the project for Radio Silence. Brian Tyler has composed the music for the 2019 original Ready or Not movie. Faulconer has previously co-scored Bettinelli-Olpin’s & Tyler Gillett’s Scream VI with Tyler. Ready or Not 2: Here I Come will be released in theaters nationwide on March 20, 2026 by Searchlight Pictures.
Faulconer also has Gavin Polone’s thriller Psycho Killer (to be released in theaters on February 20) coming up. He has also recently scored Mohammed Ali Naqvi’s documentary Hanging by a Wire, which just premiered last week at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival.
