Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the zombie thriller We Bury the Dead written and directed by Zak Hilditch and starring Daisy Ridley, Brenton Thwaites, Matt Whelan and Mark Coles Smith. The film’s original music is composed by Clark (The Last Panthers, Daniel Isn’t Real, Lisey’s Story, National Treasure: Kiri, Rellik, In Camera). Throttle Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Opening semi-wide in a couple of hundred theaters today is the psychological thriller The Dutchman co-written and directed by Andre Gaines and starring André Holland, Kate Mara, Aldis Hodge, Zazie Beetz, Lauren E. Banks and Stephen McKinley Henderson. Daniel Hart (The Green Knight, Interview with the Vampire, Pete’s Dragon, The Old Man & the Gun, A Ghost Story, Peter Pan & Wendy, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release.
