Premiering tomorrow, December 1, is the Norwegian Netflix original film Troll 2 directed by Roar Uthaug and starring Ine Marie Wilmann, Sara Khorami, Kim S. Falck-Jørgensen, Karoline Viktoria Sletteng Garvang and Mads Sjøgård Pettersen. The movie’s original music is composed by Johannes Ringen (The Quake, Captain Fall, The Arctic Convoy,The Burning Sea, Cave, La Palma, Asphalt Burning). Premiering on Wednesday, December 3, is the Prime Video original movie Oh. What. Fun. written and directed by Michael Showalter and starring Michelle Pfeiffer, Felicity Jones, Chloë Grace Moretz, Joan Chen, Dominic Sessa, Denis Leary, Eva Longoria, Danielle Brooks, Havana Rose Liu, Maude Apatow, Devery Jacobs and Jason Schwartzman. Siddhartha Khosla (Only Murders in the Building, Paradise, This Is Us, The Idea of You, Looking for Alaska, Welcome to Chippendales, Rabbit Hole) has composed the film’s original score. Sony Masterworks will release a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie by artists including Gwen Stefani, Sharon Van Etten, The Bird and the Bee, St. Vincent, Jeff Tweedy, Empress Of & others on December 3. Premiering on Thursday, December 4, is the Netflix original series The Abandons created by Kurt Sutter and starring Lena Headey, Gillian Anderson, Nick Robinson, Diana Silvers, Aisling Franciosi,Lucas Till, Natalia Del Riego and Lamar Johnson. The show’s original music is composed by Jeff Danna (The Good Dinosaur, The Boondock Saints, Alias Grace, Onward, The Addams Family, Storks, Camelot, The Kid Stays in the Picture, Silent Hill). Premiering on Friday, December 5, is the Disney+ original animated movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw directed by Matt Danner and starring Aaron D. Harris, Chris Diamantopoulos, Erica Cerra, Gracen Newton, Jude Zarzaur, Hunter Dillon, Jill Basey, Bashir Salahuddin and William Stanford Davis. John Paesano (Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, Daredevil, The Maze Runner, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Truth Be Told, Cheaper by the Dozen, Invincible) & Adam Hochstatter have composed the film’s original music.
