WaterTower Music has released the first soundtrack album for the HBO original series IT: Welcome to Derry. The Volume 1 album features selections of the original music from the first episodes of the show composed by Benjamin Wallfisch (Alien: Romulus, Twisters, Hidden Figures, Blade Runner 2049, Shazam!, The Flash, The Conjuring: Last Rites, Annabelle Creation) who previously scored both IT features. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to two tracks from the composer’s score below. IT: Welcome to Derry is developed by Andy Muschietti, Barbara Muschietti & Jason Fuchs based on Stephen King’s It novel and stars Taylour Paige, Jovan Adepo, Stephen Rider, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Madeleine Stowe, Rudy Mancuso and Bill Skarsgård. The horror drama is set in 1962, amid a spate of unexplained disappearances of local children, and follows aa group of misfit friends who begin to suspect murder while also experiencing increasingly disturbing phenomena.. The series currently airs every Sunday night on HBO and is also available to stream on HBO Max.
