Lakeshore Records has released the first track from the soundtrack for the HBO limited series Task. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is One Coin written by the show’s composer Dan Deacon (Venom: The Last Dance, Hustle, The Changeling, Ascension, Rez Ball, Twixt, All Light, Everywhere). Also listen to the track after the jump. A full soundtrack album will be released in the coming weeks. Task is created by Brad Inglesby and stars Mark Ruffalo, Tom Pelphrey, Emilia Jones, Sam Keeley, Jamie McShane, Thuso Mbedu, Raúl Castillo, Alison Oliver, Fabien Frankel, Silvia Dionicio, Phoebe Fox and Martha Plimpton. The 7-part crime drama just premiered last weekend and currently airs every Sunday night on HBO (and is also available to stream on HBO Max).
