The Jerry Fielding Collection: Volume 1 includes the premiere release of the composer’s score from 1974’s Honky Tonk directed by Don Taylor, written by Douglas Heyes and starring Richard Crenna & John Dehner, as well as remastered versions of his music from 1971’s Johnny Got His Gun written and directed by Dalton Trumbo and staring Timothy Bottoms, Kathy Field & Marsha Hunt, George Schaefer’s 1972 drama A War of Children starring Vivien Merchant, Jenny Agutter & John Ronane and the 1979 mini-series Mr. Horn directed by Jack Starrett, written by William Goldman and starring David Carradine, Richard Widmark & Karen Black. The Albert Glasser Collection: Volume 6 (Science Fiction III – Back to the Stone Age) features the composer’s score from 1953’s The Neanderthal Man directed by Ewald André Dupont and starring Robert Shayne, Richard Crane & Joyce Terry and 1958’s Teenage Caveman directed by Roger Corman and starring Robert Vaughn & Darah Marshall. Christopher Young: The Shorts includes the Emmy Award- and Golden Globe-nominated composer’s newly remastered scores from Chris C. Hopkins’ graduation short The Minstrel’s Song, two episodes of the HBO anthology series Vietnam War Story and Gedney Webb’s 2002 short The Tower and is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also find out more about the release and listen to audio samples.
