Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the British Netflix limited series Hostage. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Fargo, Alien: Earth, Star Trek: Discovery & Picard, Ripley, Zero Day, The Night Of, Legion, Untamed, For All Mankind). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to two tracks from the composer’s score after the jump. Hostage is created by Matt Charman and stars Suranne Jones, Julie Delpy, Corey Mylchreest, Ashley Thomas, Martin McCann, Mark Lewis Jones, Jehnny Beth, Hiftu Quasem, Isobel Akuwudike and Sophie Robertson. The 5-part thriller follows the British Prime Minister as she goes head to head with the French President and is forced to make an unimaginable decision when her husband is kidnapped. The series will premiere next Thursday, August 21 exclusively on Netflix.
