WaterTower has released the original song Pennies from the fifth episode (Cryo Mort a Rickver) of the eighth season of the Adult Swim original series Rick and Morty. The track written (with Jess Lacher) and performed by by the show’s composer Ryan Elder is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the song after the jump. The label has previously released numerous songs from the show from the animated comedy as digital singles over the last couple of years, while Sub Pop Records has released a full soundtrack album featuring the songs from the early seasons back in 2018. Rick and Morty is created by Dan Harmon & Justin Roiland and features the voices of Roiland himself, Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer, Sarah Chalke, Ian Cardoni and Harry Belden. The show’s eight season currently airs every Sunday on Adult Swim.
