Inferno Paradiso has released a soundtrack album for the Binge original limited series Mix Tape. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Chiara Costanza (Totally Completely Fine, Inside, Long Story Short, Heartbreak High, Plum). Visit Amazon or most other major digital music services to stream/download the soundtrack and also listen to the composer’s first two tracks after the jump. Mix Tape is written by Jo Spain based on the bestselling novel of the same title by Jane Sanderson and stars Teresa Palmer, Jim Sturgess, Florence Hunt and Rory Walton-Smith. The 4-part drama directed by Lucy Gaffy tells the story of a man and woman moving between their teenage romance in 1989 Sheffield and the modern-day reality of their adult relationships living on opposite sides of the world and follows the pair as they reconnect through a song from their shared past. The series just premiered in Australia today on Binge and will debut in the UK this summer on BBC Two and on the BBCiPlayer. No word yet on a domestic release date.
