Milan Records has released all three soundtrack album for the Adult Swim original anime series Lazarus. The show’s director Shinichirō Watanabe tasked three artists with composing distinct soundtracks for the project: jazz saxophonist Kamasi Washington (West Coast Get Down), producer, DJ & musician Floating Points (Floating Points Ensemble) and producer, DJ & musician Bonobo. Three first tracks, including Washington’s main theme, have previously been released as digital singles. Lazarus is produced by Sola Entertainment, animated by Studio MAPPA and follows a group of secret agents hunting for a vaccine to save humanity. The series just premiered last weekend and currently airs weekly on Adult Swim and is also available to stream on Max.
