Madison Gate Records will release a soundtrack album for the BBC crime drama This City Is Ours. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Rael Jones (Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris, My Cousin Rachel, Harlots, My Lady Jane, Suite Francaise, Kids in Love, Role Play). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 26 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. This City Is Ours is created by Stephen Butchard and stars Sean Bean, James Nelson-Joyce, Hannah Onslow, Julie Graham, Jack McMullen, Laura Aikman, Bobby Schofield, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Kevin Harvey, Darci Shaw, Mike Noble and Stephen Walters. The 8-parter follows a longtime member of organized crime who must navigate the chaos when his boss is hinting at retirement and rivals are vying for control to protect the woman he loves and the child he’s always wanted. The series just premiered in the UK last Sunday and will air weekly on BBC One.
