Netflix Music will release the official soundtrack album for the streamer’s new limited series Zero Day. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery, Ripley, Star Trek: Picard, The Night Of, The Umbrella Academy, Legion, For All Mankind). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 20 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon or any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track below. Zero Day is created by Eric Newman, Noah Oppenheim & Michael S. Schmidt and stars Robert De Niro, Angela Bassett, Jesse Plemons, Lizzy Caplan, Connie Britton, Matthew Modine, Joan Allen, Bill Camp, Dan Stevens, Clark Gregg and Gaby Hoffmann. The 6-part thriller takes place after a cyberattack sabotages transportation and power infrastructure across the U.S. and follows the former U.S. President as he is called out of retirement to find the culprit.The series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
