Gavin Brivik (How to Blow Up a Pipeline, Cam, The Seventh Day, Wild Indian, Minor Premise, Living Undocumented) is the composer of the upcoming Max original series The Pitt. The show is created by R. Scott Gemmill (ER, NCIS: Los Angeles) and stars Noah Wyle, Tracey Ifeachor, Patrick Ball, Supriya Ganesh, Fiona Dourif, Isa Briones, Taylor Dearden, Gerran Howell, Katherine LaNasa and Shabana Azeez. The 15-part drama explores the challenges facing healthcare workers in today’s America with each episode following an hour of the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital emergency room’s chief attendant’s 15-hour shift. Gemmill & Wyle are also executive producing the Warner Bros. Television production with John Wells (The West Wing, August: Osage County), Erin Jontow (Maid, Animal Kingdom), Simran Baidwan (Clean Slate) and Michael Hissrich (Shameless). The Pitt will premiere on January 9, 2025 exclusively on Max.
