Milan Records has released the full soundtrack album for the animated feature Flow. The album features the film’s original music composed by director Gints Zilbalodis (Away) and Rihards Zalupe (The Pagan King). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services. The label has previously released two first tracks from the score this past August. Flow co-written and directed by Zilbalodis is set in a world that seems to be coming to an end and follows a courageous cat after his home is devastated by a great flood who teams up with a capybara, a lemur, a dog, and a bird who navigate a boat in search of dry land and must rely on trust, courage, and wits to survive the perils of a newly aquatic planet. The animated fantasy movie, which has been selected as Latvia’s entry in the International Feature category for next year’s Academy Awards, premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival (and just opened in French theaters this past Wednesday) and will be released in select U.S. theaters on November 22 by Janus Films & Sideshow.
