Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original film Rez Ball. The album features the movie’s original music composed by Dan Deacon (Hustle, The Changeling, Twixt, Ascension, Wedding Season, What’s Next? The Future with Bill Gates, All Light, Everywhere). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to a track from the composer’s score (Journey to the Pit) below. Rez Ball is directed by Sydney Freeland and stars Jessica Matten, Kauchani Bratt, Amber Midthunder, Cody Lightning, Ernest David Tsosie, Zoey Reyes, Dallas Goldtooth, Kusem Goodwind and Julia Jones. The sports drama inspired by Michael Powell’s book Canyon Dreams tells the story of a high school basketball team rooted in Native American culture must unite to keep their state championship dreams alive after losing their star player. The movie, which premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, opened in select theaters earlier this month and making its streaming debut today on Netflix.
