Premiering on Thursday, September 5, is the Netflix limited series The Perfect Couple developed by Jenna Lamia, directed by Susanne Bier and starring Nicole Kidman, Dakota Fanning, Eve Hewson, Billy Howle, Jack Reynor, Ishaan Khatter, Liev Schreiber, Sam Nivola, Meghann Fahy,Michael Beach, Mia Isaac, Donna Lynne Champlin and Isabelle Adjani. The film’s original music is composed by Rupert Gregson-Williams (Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Hacksaw Ridge, Over the Hedge, The Legend of Tarzan, The Gilded Age, Smallfoot, Hotel Rwanda). A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score will be announced soon. Also premiering on Thursday is the Netflix original documentary Apollo 13: Survival directed by Peter Middleton about the story of Apollo 13 and the struggle to bring its astronauts safely home. James Spinney (Notes on Blindness, director of The Real Charlie Chaplin) has composed the film’s original music and also serves as an associate producer on the project. The movie, which features never-before-seen film materials, and archival interviews with the crew, their families, and the team at Ground Control, will also be available to stream exclusively on Netflix.
