The full details of the second soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s Disney+ Star Wars original series The Acolyte have been revealed. The album features the original music from the final four episodes (Episodes 5-8) of the show’s first season composed by Michael Abels (Get Out, Us, Nope, Bad Education, The Burial, Landscape with Invisible Hand, See You Yesterday, Breaking). Also included is the original end credits song Power of Two co-written (with D’Mile & Abels) and performed by Victoria Monet (previously released as a digital single). The Vol. 2 soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 19 by Walt Disney Records (visit Amazon or any other major digital music servicesto stream/download). Also available on the same day will be a 94-track album featuring the content of both volumes (click here to stream/download). The Volume 1 soundtrack featuring Abels’ score from Episodes 1-4 has previously been released last month. The Acolyte is created by Leslye Headland and stars Amandla Stenberg, Lee Jung-jae, Manny Jacinto, Dafne Keen, Rebecca Henderson, Charlie Barnett, Jodie Turner-Smith, Joonas Suotamo, Dean-Charles Chapman and Carrie-Anne Moss. The final episode of the season just premiered this past Tuesday and the full season is now available to stream exclusively on Disney+.
