Arista Records has released a second soundtrack album for the romantic comedy drama The Idea of You. The album features the content of the original soundtrack (available now on all major digital music platforms, on CD and vinyl), as well as four previously unreleased “live” versions of the songs Taste, Guard Down, Closer and I Got You co-written by Savan Kotecha (who serves as the project’s executive music producer) and performed by the fictional boy band August Moon. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download exclusively on Amazon Music. The Idea of You is directed by Michael Showalter and stars Anne Hathaway, Nicholas Galitzine, Reid Scott, Ella Rubin,Annie Mumolo, Jaiden Anthony, Viktor White and Raymond Cham. The movie is now available to stream on Prime Video and also playing in select theaters.
