Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross (The Social Network, Soul, Watchmen, MankGone GirlThe Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) have revealed in a recent interview with GQ that they are currently scoring the upcoming action romance The Gorge. The film is directed by Scott Derrickson (Doctor Strange, The Black Phone) and stars Miles Teller, Anya Taylor-Joy and Sigourney Weaver. The movie follows two elite soldiers who are assigned on a mission to guard either side of a deep and impenetrable gorge. Zach Dean (The Tomorrow War, 24 Hours to Live) wrote the screenplay. Derrickson & Dean are also producing the project with Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg & Don Granger (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Jack Reacher), as well as C. Robert Cargill (Sinister), Sherryl Clark (Plush, Jolt), Adam Kolbrenner (Prisoners) and Greg Goodman (X-Men: First Class, Civil War). The Gorge is currently in post-production and will premiere on Apple TV+. No release date has been announced yet.

Reznor’s & Ross’ recent co-scoring projects also include Luca Guadagnino’s Challengers, which will open in theaters nationwide on April 26.
