Netflix Music will release the official soundtrack album for the streamer’s limited series Ripley. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed and conducted by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery & Picard, Legion, The Night Of, The Umbrella Academy, For All Mankind). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 4 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Ripley is written and directed by Steven Zaillian and stars Andrew Scott, Dakota Fanning, Johnny Flynn, Eliot Sumner, Maurizio Lombardi, Margherita Buy, Louis Hofmann, Bokeem Woodbine and Vittorio Viviani. The 8-part psychological thriller is based on Patricia Highsmith’s bestselling Tom Ripley novels and follows the titular grifter who is drawn into a world of wealth and privilege after taking a unique job in Italy. The series will premiere tomorrow on Netflix.
