Composer Ryan Lott (of Son Lux) (Everything Everywhere All at Once, Paper TownsMean Dreams, Single Drunk Female) is reuniting with director Ned Benson on the upcoming romantic comedy drama The Greatest Hits. The film is written and directed by Benson and stars Lucy Boynton, Justin H. Min, David Corenswet and Austin Crute. The movie revolves around a woman who finds art imitating life when she discovers certain songs can transport her back in time and relives the past through romantic memories of her former boyfriend. Benson is also producing the Searchlight Pictures production with Michael London (Sideways, House of Sand and Fog), Shannon Gaulding (StartUp, Alice & Jack), Stephanie Davis (The Extra Man, Bored to Death) and Cassandra Kulukundis (Literally, Right Before Aaron). Lott has previously collaborated with Benson on The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby movies. The Greatest Hits will premiere next week at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival and is scheduled to be released in select theaters on April 5 before making its streaming debut on April 12 on Hulu.
