The details of the soundtrack album for the Starz/Sky original limited series Mary & George have been revealed. The album features the show’s original music composed by Oliver Coates (Aftersun, The Stranger, Occupied City, Significant Other, Foe). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 5 by Invada Records and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. A digital single featuring two first tracks from Coates’ score has previously been released last week. Mary & George is created by D.C. Moore and stars Julianne Moore, Nicholas Galitzine, Nicola Walker, Tony Curran, Niamh Algar, Trine Dyrholm, Sean Gilder, Adrian Rawlins, Mark O’Halloran, Laurie Davidson, Samuel Blenkin and Simon Russell Beale. The 7-part historical drama tells the true story of a treacherous mother and son who seduced, schemed and killed to conquer the Court of England and the bed of King James I. The series will premiere in the UK tomorrow on Sky Atlantic and NOW and will make its U.S. debut on April 5 on Starz.
