Dubois Records will release a soundtrack album for the BBC drama Boat Story. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award nominee Dominik Scherrer (The Missing, The Tourist, The Widow, Primeval, Ripper Street, Baptiste, Requiem, No Escape, The Serpent, The Confessions of Frannie Langton). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 5 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Boat Story is created by Harry & Jack Williams and stars Daisy Haggard, Paterson Joseph, Craig Fairbrass, Jonas Armstrong, Ethan Lawrence, Michele Austin, Tcheky Karyo and Joanna Scanlan. The 6-part series revolves around two strangers who discover a huge amount of cocaine on a shipwrecked boat and become the targets of a vengeful mob boss, his hit man and the police. The drama premiered in the UK last fall on BBC One and on the BBCiPlayer and will debut in the U.S. this year on Amazon Freevee.
