WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album for the animated movie Metalocalypse: Army of the Doomstar. The album features the film’s original score composed by the death metal band Dethklok. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. The label has previously released Dethalbum IV featuring all new songs by the band earlier this week. Metalocalypse: Army of the Doomstar is directed by Brendon Small and stars Small himself, Tommy Blacha, Victor Brandt, Stephen “Thundercat” Bruner, Mark Hamill, King Diamond, Kirk Hammett, Jon Hamm, Scott Ian, Malcolm McDowell, Amy Lee, Laraine Newman, Juliet Mills, Raya Yarbrough and Livia Zita. The animated feature based on the Adult Swim series Metalocalypse, which ran between 2006 and 2013, has just been released this past Tuesday on VOD and Blu-ray by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.
