Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Iron Man, Westworld, Pacific Rim, Eternals, Uncharted, Clash of the Titans) has been tapped to score the upcoming Disney+ original animated series Win or Lose. The show marks Pixar Animation Studios’ first-ever long-form animated series and follows a coed middle school softball team, in the week leading up to their championship game. Each episode offers a look inside the off-the-field life of a character – a player, their parent, the umpire. Will Forte has been announced to star as the voice of the coach character. Carrie Hobson and Michael Yates are directing the show, which is produced by David Lally (Smash and Grab, SparkShorts). Win or Lose will premiere this fall on Disney+.
Djawadi also continues to score HBO’s House of the Dragon, which is expected to return for for its second season next year.
