Composer Steven Price (Gravity, Last Night in Soho, Our Planet, Suicide Squad, Baby Driver, Fury, Over the Moon) is reteaming with director Tom Harper (Wild Rose, The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death) on the upcoming Netflix original film Heart of Stone. The action thriller starring Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo, Alia Bhatt, Matthias Schweighöfer, Paul Ready & Jing Lusi revolves around an intelligence operative for a shadowy global peacekeeping agency who races to stop a hacker from stealing its most valuable and dangerous weapon. Greg Rucka (The Old Guard) and Allison Schroeder (Hidden Figures, Christopher Robin) wrote the screenplay. Gadot is also producing the project with Jaron Varsano for Pilot Wave, alongside Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg & Don Granger (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, The Tomorrow War) and Mockingbird’s Bonnie Curtis (Minority Report, A.I. Artificial Intelligence) and Julie Lynn (Life, Albert Nobbs). Price has previously scored Harper’s last feature, The Aeronauts. Heart of Stone will premiere on August 11, 2023 exclusively on Netflix.
