The details of the soundtrack album for the biographical comedy drama Flamin’ Hot have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Marcelo Zarvos (Wonder, Fences, Emancipation, The Affair, The Good Shepherd, Ray Donovan). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 9 by Hollywood Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. As previously announced, the original end credits song The Fire Inside written by Diane Warren and performed by Becky G is available separately as a digital single. Flamin’ Hot is directed by Eva Longoria and stars Jesse Garcia, Annie Gonzalez, Tony Shalhoub, Emilio Rivera, Dennis Haysbert, Matt Walsh, Pepe Serna and Bobby Soto. The Searchlight Pictures production tells the true story of Richard Montañez, the Frito Lay janitor who channeled his Mexican American heritage to turn the iconic Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into a snack that became a global pop culture phenomenon. The dramedy, which premiered at this year’s SXSW Film Festival, was released in select theaters last weekend and will debut tomorrow on Hulu and Disney+.
