Anne Nikitin (American Animals, The Dropout, Mrs. Wilson, Dangerous Liaison, Fate: The Winx Saga) is composing the original score for the upcoming Apple TV+ limited series Hijack. The show is created by George Kay (Lupin, Criminal) & Jim Field Smith (She’s Out of My League, Butter) and stars Idris Elba, Archie Panjabi, Christine Adams and Max Beesley. The 7-part thriller follows the journey of a hijacked plane as it makes its way to London over a seven-hour flight, and authorities on the ground scramble for answers. Kay, Field Smith (who also serves as the project’s lead director) & Elba are also executive producing the 60Forty Films production with Jamie Laurenson (Slow Horses, The Essex Serpent). Hijack will premiere on June 28, 2023 on Apple TV+.
