A24 Music has released the original song Pieces of Gold from Jesse Eisenberg’s feature directorial debut When You Finish Saving the World. The track written and performed by lead actor Finn Wolfhard as his character Ziggy Katz & the film’s composer Emile Mosseri (Minari, Kajillionaire, The Last Black Man in San Francisco) is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the song after the jump. A full soundtrack album featuring more songs and Mosseri’s score will be released on January 20. When You Finish Saving the World is written and directed by Eisenberg and also stars Julianne Moore, Alisha Boe, Jay O. Sanders, Billy Bryk and Eleonore Hendricks. The comedy drama premiered at last year’s Sundance Film Festival and will be released in theaters on January 20 by A24.
