RCA Records has previously released the original song I Know Where I’ve Been written by Perry and performed by Elle King as a digital single last week. Luckiest Girl Alive is directed by Mike Barker and stars Mila Kunis, Finn Wittrock, Jennifer Beals, Connie Britton, Scoot McNairy, Justine Lupe, Alex Barone, Chiara Aurelia, Thomas Barbusca and Carson MacCormac. The drama is based on Jessica Knoll’s bestselling novel of the same title and follows a sharp-tongued New York writer who is forced to confront a dark truth that threatens to unravel her meticulously crafted life when the director of a crime documentary invites her to tell her side of the shocking incident that took place when she was a teenager. The film was released in select theaters last Friday and will premiere tomorrow on Netflix.
