Sarah Schachner (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Assassin’s Creed Origins, The Lazarus Effect) has composed the original score for the upcoming action thriller Prey. The film is directed by Dan Trachtenberg (10 Cloverfield Lane) and stars Amber Midthunder, Dakota Beavers, Stormee Kipp, Michelle Thrush and Julian Black Antelope. The fifth installment in the Predator series is set in the Comanche Nation 300 years ago during 1719 and follows a fierce and highly skilled warrior who sets out to protect her people when danger threatens her camp. Patrick Aison wrote the screenplay. John Davis (Jungle Cruise, The Blacklist, Game Night) and Jhane Myers are producing the 20th Century Studios production. Schachner has announced her involvement on social media. Prey will premiere on August 5, 2022 on Hulu.
