Jake Monaco (Dumplin’, Let’s Be Cops, Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie, Out, Like a Boss, Forky Asks a Question, Keeping Up with the Joneses) has recently scored the upcoming Paramount+ original movie Jerry & Marge Go Large. The film is directed by David Frankel (The Devil Wears Prada, Marley & Me) and stars Bryan Cranston, Annette Bening, Rainn Wilson, Larry Wilmore, Anna Camp, Ann Harada, Jake McDorman, Michael McKean and Uly Schlesinger. The comedy is inspired by a true story about a retiree Jerry Selbee who discovers a mathematical loophole in the Massachusetts lottery and, with the help of his wife wins millions and uses the money to revive their small Michigan town. Brad Copeland (Ferdinand, Spies in Disguise) wrote the screenplay. Gil Netter (Life of Pi, The Blind Side) is producing the project for Levantine Films, alongside Amy Baer (Last Vegas, Mary Shelley) for MRC Film’s Landline Pictures. Monaco has previously scored the Netter-produced Disney+ original movie Flora & Ulysses. Jerry & Marge Go Large will premiere on June 17, 2022 exclusively on Paramount+.
Monaco’s other recent projects include Amazon’s animated series Do, Re & Mi and Apple TV+’s Pretzels and the Puppies, which premiered earlier this year.
