Anne Nikitin (American Animals, Fate: The Winx Saga, Lost Girls, Mrs. Wilson, The Pale Horse) has composed the original music for the new Netflix original documentary The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe: The Unheard Tapes. The film is directed by Emma Cooper (America’s Most Hated Family in Crisis) and explores the mystery surrounding the death of movie icon Marilyn Monroe through previously unheard interviews with her inner circle, offering a new perspective on the fateful night of her tragic death. Chris Smith (Operation Varsity Blues, Fyre, Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond) is producing the project. The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe: The Unheard Tapes will premiere on May 27, 2022 exclusively on Netflix.
Nikitin’s other feature projects include thriller ISS starring. She also recently scored the Hulu limited series The Dropout, which just premiered its final episode this past week.
