The 4-part thriller is set against the backdrop of a swinging sixties London and tells the story of a young Jewish woman who – after falling in love with a member of the ‘62 Group – infiltrates the NSM, a neo-Nazi movement which is becoming increasingly prominent in the city. Solemani and Bloom also executive producing the RED production with Nicola Shindler (Years and Years, Finding Alice). Lisa Mulcahy (Blood, The Legend of Longwood) has directed all episodes. Ridley Road will premiere this coming Sunday, October 3 in the UK on BBC One and is expected to debut in the U.S. later this year on PBS as part of the Masterpiece series.
