Jahlil Beats has released a soundtrack album for the PBS documentary Muhammad Ali. The album features the hip hop record producer/songwriter’s original music from the film. Muhammad Ali is directed by Ken Burns, Sarah Burns & David McMahon and follows the life of one of the most consequential men of the 20th century, a 3-time heavyweight boxing champion who captivated billions of fans with his combination of speed, agility and power in the ring, and his charm, wit and outspokenness outside of it. The 4-part documentary features interviews with Ali’s daughters Hana Ali and Rasheda Ali, his second and third wifes Khalilah Ali & Veronica Porche, his brother and confidant Rahaman Ali, among others. The film is premiering today and will air over the next couple of days on PBS.
