Craig Wedren (Role Models, Wet Hot American Summer, School of Rock, How to Be a Latin Lover) & Bo Boddie have teamed up to score the new supernatural comedy Lady of the Manor. The film marks the feature directorial debut of Christian Long & Justin Long and stars Melanie Lynskey, Justin Long himself, Judy Greer, Ryan Phillippe and Luis Guzmán. The movie follows a an aimless, jobless stoner/slacker who stumbles into a gig as a re-enactment tour guide in a historic, antebellum estate. The Long brothers have also written the screenplay and are producing the project with Joseph Restaino & Dori Rath (Pig, Albion: The Enchanted Stallion), Tony Stopperan and Nick Morgulis. Wedren & Boddie have previously co-scored Netflix’s GLOW, ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat and NBC’s Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist. Lady of the Manor will be released in select theaters and on VOD on September 17, 2021 by Lionsgate before coming out on Blu-ray and DVD on September 21.
Wedren also continues to score NBC’s New Amsterdam, which will return for its fourth season of September 21.
