Genevieve Vincent (The Broken Hearts Gallery, Modern Art) has been tapped to score the new Fox drama Fantasy Island. The show is developed by Liz Craft & Sarah Fain (The 100, Lie to Me) based on the classic TV series of the same title created by Gene Levitt and stars Roselyn Sanchez, Kiara Barnes and John Gabriel Rodriquez. Among the guest stars of the first season are Bellamy Young, Dave & Odette Annable, Leslie Jordan, Laura Leighton, Josie Bissett and Daphne Zuniga. The series takes place at a luxury resort, where literally any fantasy requested by guests is fulfilled, although they rarely turn out as expected, and will tell stories about people who arrive with dreams and desires and depart enlightened and transformed through the magical realism of Fantasy Island. Craft and Fain are also executive producing the Sony Pictures Television, Gemstone Studios & FOX Entertainment production with Anne Clements (The Oath, StartUp), as well as Adam Kane (Prodigal Son, American Gods) who also directed the pilot episode. Fantasy Island will premiere tomorrow, August 10 and will air every Tuesday on Fox. Visit the official show website for updates.
