Chris Benstead is reteaming with director Guy Ritchie on the upcoming action thriller Wrath of Man. The film is co-written and directed by Ritchie (Snatch, Sherlock Holmes, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels) and stars Jason Statham, Scott Eastwood, Holt McCallany, Jeffrey Donovan, Laz Alonso and Josh Hartnett. The movie is based on the 2004 French triller Cash Truck by Nicolas Boukhrief and revolves around a mysterious character who works for an armored truck company responsible for moving hundreds of millions of dollars around Los Angeles each week. Bill Block (Halloween, Bad Moms) and Ivan Atkinson are producing the Miramax production. Benstead has previously scored Ritchie’s last feature The Gentlemen and served as music editor and score arranger on the director’s Aladdin. Wrath of Man will be released in 2021 by MGM/United Artists.
