MovieScore Media has released a soundtrack album for the Russian period adventure drama Silver Skates (Serebryanye konki). The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Guy Farley (Anthropoid, Cashback, Secret Sharer, That Good Night). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music stores. A CD version will be released by KeepMoving Records. Silver Skates is directed by Michael Lockshin and stars Fedor Fedotov, Sofya Priss, Kirill Zaytsev, Yuri Borisov, Aleksei Guskov, Severija Janusauskaite and Yuri Kolokolnikov. The movie is set in Saint Petersburg at the turn of the 20th Century and tells the story of a son of a poor lamplighter who meets an intellectual girl from a noble family. The drama is being released in Russian theaters this month. No word yet on a domestic release.
