Got a little obsessive about the beautiful passage during the lighthouse scene in Season 1 Ep.6 of Resident Alien. I looked into composer Noah Sorota and he has worked with Hans Zimmer. there is a passage from Angels and Demons “Air” composed by Zimmer with violinist Joshua Bell and Noah Sorota to which this amazing passage might have been a tribute. if you like this you might also love Daniel Hope’s Spheres album or works by Phillip Glass or Arvo Part. If this is Noah Sorota’s work I look forward to hearing anything else by him.
