MovieScore Media has released the first-ever soundtrack album for the ITV series Agatha Christie’s Marple based on books and short stories by Agatha Christie and starring Geraldine McEwan (seasons 1-3) and Julia McKenzie (seasons 4-6) in the title role. The album features selections of the show’s score composed by Emmy Award nominee Dominik Scherrer (The Missing, Ripper Street, Requiem, The Widow, The City and the City, Primeval), as well as the composer’s Agatha Christie’s Marple theme. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Agatha Christie’s Marple premiered in the UK between 2004 and 2013 on ITV and aired in the U.S. (as Miss Marple) on PBS.
